Deposit system and recycling of packaging

The new Packaging Act came into force at the beginning of 2019. The purpose of the law is to prevent packaging waste and strengthen recycling. We already decided in 2008 to implement a deposit system and to recycle our sturdy shipping bags.

For each return of a shipping bag, we will refund you one euro and return it to the recycling loop. Thus, we not only focus on the fast and safe shipping of our SMT, but also on the sustainable disposal of the shipping cartons.

Even though we took action 11 years before the official requirement for environmentally friendly solutions, this is only a small step. But every one of them counts and we will continue to develop and constantly improve ideas in terms of environmental protection and sustainability.
