FaSTTUBe climbs the American podium

For the first time, the FaSTTUBe racing team sponsored by us competed outside Europe – at the traditional Formula Student event “FSAE Michigan 2022”.

It was not only the transport of the self-developed race car to the USA that was to be a challenge. A sudden fire on the vehicle caused hopes of participation to fade shortly before departure. But thanks to an appeal for donations, the repair could be made and the journey could begin.

On the home stretch, changing weather conditions and technical difficulties demanded a lot of stamina from the junior engineers. And this was rewarded with the podium: FaSTUBe reached the 1st place in the Skid Pad and the 2nd place in the Engineering Design and AutoCross categories.

With this race, the team also said goodbye to its race car with combustion engine and from now on relies completely on e-energy. We congratulate to this international success and wish a lot of power for the new season.
