Progress with CO2 compensation
It’s not just with our app and online store that we’re celebrating an anniversary at the end of the year. It is also the fifth anniversary of the creation of climate-neutral SMD stencil production. As a sustainably operating company, we see it as our responsibility to enable climate-friendly production processes and to keep our CO2 footprint small .

As a sustainably operating company, we see it as our responsibility to enable climate-friendly production processes and to keep our CO2 footprint small .
To offset unavoidable CO2 emissions in production, we therefore support climate protection programs in Kenya in cooperation with ClimatePartner. In this way, we have already offset over 500,000 kg of CO2.
Offsetting was also a topic at this year’s UN Climate Change Conference. The bottom line: every ton of CO2 counts, and in addition to avoiding CO2 emissions, offsetting is an important step toward holistic climate protection.
We are therefore pleased to have been able to make our contribution to global climate targets since as early as 2016.
