“Smart home” products such as digitally controlled vacuum cleaners, lawn mowers or baby swings have long since established themselves in everyday life. Concepts from the “smart factory” are also increasingly being implemented in industry and research, whether through robots in logistics, agriculture and production or in the form of virtual reality via app.
All these devices have one thing in common: “smart” SMT are needed for production. Because where complex electronics are manufactured, quality and precision are in demand.
