Sponsorship: E-mobility & environmental protection in new degree program

The Running Snail Racing Team of the East Bavarian Technical University Amberg-Weiden, which is sponsored by us, participates annually in the Formula Student with a self-built racing car. Due to the Corona requirements, this team also relied on the home office.

We are impressed not only by the team’s self-organization, flexibility and motivation to continue working on the “race car” project, but also by the fact that the students have achieved an important success – at university level rather than on the race track.

From October 2020, the “Motorsport Engineering” degree program will be available here – the second of its kind in Germany. In addition to technical knowledge on the development and construction of a successful race car, environmentally friendly driving and electromobility will be two important core topics.
