Top marks for Photocad
This was the result of the evaluation of the customer survey we conducted. We say thank you!
First things first: thank you very much for your time!
Our contributor Janina Malchin conducted a total of 178 interviews from January 22, 2018 to April 4, 2018. We asked our customers to rate us with school marks in the areas of price, delivery reliability, quality and communication.
And these are the results of the evaluation* of all answers:
Price: 1.70 (good)
Delivery reliability: 1.20 (very good)
Quality: 1.32 (very good)
Communication: 1.31 (very good)
*All values are average scores.
Many customers have taken the time to listen to our concerns. In addition, they even provided us with information, suggestions and critical comments in longer conversations. That’s a real win for us. This way we can incorporate the wishes into our future work.
