Formula Student: Promoting the engineers of tomorrow

They are young and have one thing in common: electricity in their blood. The student teams from three universities are supplied by us with sponsored SMT so that they can send their self-developed e-racing cars onto the track and into the next race.

The three teams Schanzer Racing Electric e.V. from Ingolstadt, the Running Snail Racing Team from Amberg and the FaSTTUBe – Formula Student Team from Berlin are taking part in the Formula Student Germany International Design Competition at the Hockenheimring with their innovative single-seaters.

The winner is not the team with the fastest car, but the one with the best all-round package of design, performance, financing and sales planning. We like this exciting approach to promoting young talent, mixed with speed and intensity with innovation and environmental friendliness, so much so that we’re saying go, go, go again in 2019!
