New washing system for SMT

With the new PeM Washer 650 stencil washer, photocad is now focusing on the machine cleaning of SMT and thus on an even more effective and environmentally friendly production process. The system from the Italian manufacturer Pola e Massa has already been installed and will be commissioned in stages over the coming week.

The automated system offers significant advantages over manual cleaning: the coordinated washing stations and turbine drying are time- and cost-efficient, thus increasing productivity.

In addition, the machine has an energy-saving system and an integrated filter that makes used cleaning agents reusable.

In addition, the use of the system prior to nanocoating the SMT significantly increases the durability of the coating.

The new cleaning plant marks the beginning of a whole series of expansion measures with which photocad will increase its production capacity by 30 percent.
