The Stencilclean Sia spray cleaning system from pbt (distributed by factronix) quickly and efficiently cleans all metal stencils up to 29″ x 32″ that are contaminated with solder paste and/or adhesive. The unit is also suitable for thorough pre-cleaning of misprints when subsequent post-cleaning with DI water (distilled water) can be performed outside the system, or for cleaning so-called PumpPrint® stencils.

The motor-driven spray arms rotate synchronously on both sides, ensuring balanced spray pressure and preventing possible deformation of stencils or foils. Therefore, this machine is also suitable for very sensitive stencils (< 100 ?). The built-in heater supports the removal of adhesives. A powerful high-pressure and high-volume spraying system ensures very short process times. The hot air blower with programmable temperature also allows fast drying of the stencils.

Stencilclean Sia is optimized for Zestron’s MPC stencil cleaner (micro emulsion). However, the machine also works with other non-flammable detergents that have good rinsing properties. A special feature is the environmentally friendly and cost-efficient reprocessing of the cleaner. The reprocessing of the cleaning agent is integrated into the plant and takes place in three stages via settling tanks (decanters), pre-filters and ultra-fine filters. A level indicator for cleaning agents and a status indicator for filters allow prompt maintenance.

An external suction unit can also be connected. A hermetically sealed chamber with program-controlled air dampers also minimizes the loss of cleaning agents through the exhaust system.
